The song is “All Those Things That I Have Done” which I actually don’t hate as much now that I have had the pleasure of watching Barbara Collins brilliantly synchronized six minute dance video, with 26 dance excerpts set to the Killers song.

It’s sick and it’s fun, it’s meaningless and it’s terrifying, but if you are used to Lynch’s phantasmagoric cinematic universe, nothing there should really surprise you
Florence’s voice is totally fitting the song – I mean she has some vocal chords, but I was not seen her in the country department and was totally wrong! Whereas she effortlessly pushes the high notes, without June Carter’s raucous tone and taking some liberties with the original, Homme’s voice, although less spectacular, is complementing her quite nicely
This isn’t proto Ramones, it is pro. Sure the melodies would get better, and sure Jooey would thing better, but otherwise, they didn’t change a bit for the next quarter of a century. The leather coats and jeans, the lounging, roaring, tight as fuck, loud fast lRamones are rolling through your brain cells.
