I could rewrite this explanation as to how Blink 182 took snippets of all the folks who used their music without permission, but I might as well let the band tell the story: "To launch our first single in eight years, AT&T helped us search YouTube for every instance of fans using our music without our permission. And then we rewarded them for it. This film is made out of clips from all those videos. Thanks for being a fan."
I'm no fan though the one time I saw em live, at Jone's Beach radio party just before Kid Rock, who they held their own with, not an easy task, I was impressed enough.
