The least weird song on the album is still pretty weird, a dance number but it sounds like Robyn on a jittery caffeine high but suffering a fit of manic depression and she just can’t shake it until in a wild rhythmic breakdown she pauses and regroups none the better – A
Vargas is this amazing artist who did a few murals around town, and who can draw a large, spitting portrait of yourself, with charcoals and black and white paints, on white paper placed on the ground,… in less than fifteen minutes.
Oberst says he never met her AND that she had written positive things online about Conor and Bright Eyes as recently as January 2013. He’s supposedly suing for over $1 million and claims his reputation has been damaged by her accusations.

Janine Rostron is an acquired taste and I recommend seeing her live to get the full impact of her gender uncertain agitprop, though this song isn’t so out there the bass line doesn’t keep you in and keep you there – A-

Shot Me Down with Skylar Grey – David Guetta – One of the most thoroughly irrelevant dance tracks Guetta has put his name on since 2010, “Bang Bng” is given a stop start tempo. Skylar’s well sub Nancy Sinatra vocal interrupted by lashings of bass and drums. Mildly irritating – B
