I reminisced by listening to a very recent acoustic rendition of their old tune “Breakdown”. I adore the song, with its quick beats and fabulous guitars. John and Caleb’s voices are beautiful and I remember this song being one of my favourites on Underdog Alma Mater.

Chinese Rock – Sid Vicious – A bad, bad joke that was in the process of killing the tragi-comic figure, the personification of white trash in eather coat and hypodermic needles, stuck between Malcolm trying to remake him in the image of James Dean and Nancy Spungen trying to resurrect his career at Max’s with panties in hand. It all ended up in the Chelsea Hotel, and this song is the soundtrack. Ps: it is a terrible version… but a great song. – Grade: D+

Mould simply shows how the old school punk rock house was built, raining sheets of sonic guitar blasts that rip potholes into the linings of your brainpan and then searing spackle into the remaining crevices.

After being a Dresden Doll fan for so long it was tough to jump ship and actually turn from love to hate. Yes, hate. She annoyed the hell out of me. So much so that I didn’t even want to see her on her tour or participate in her asinine kick starter bullshit.

He’s so charismatic and talented that I can’t get enough of his performing. He is an incredible musician and gets so enveloped in what he’s doing and it’s admirable. I can honestly say that he has one of the best and most distinctive voices I’ve ever heard
