I’m Wide Awake, It’s Morning is the best album of all time lyrically, musically, and content-wise. It’s pure perfection that is so deep and thought-provoking and will forever strike a chord in me.

Nearly every single original hint of emotion is lost. Only Conor Oberst’s voice can pull of his songs. Brandon Flowers’ voice just simply isn’t made for the types of songs BE does.
There should be no story telling with the techno beat. We should be hearing lines about getting drunk, getting wasted and fucking- that’s it.
I caught it right as they were performing “Alive With The Glory Of Love”, which is one of my favourite songs by them, and of all time. I can’t believe the band’s energy with the tune
It’s nothing like their previous albums passion-wise and it felt lame. However, it’s totally grown on me and it’s the only thing I’ve been listening to for the past 24 hours.
Matt Skiba and the Sekrets released a new tune called “All Fall Down” and I’m not exactly sure why I’ve never heard anything by them before, because I’ve been missing out.
a unique feel that really gives the band something that makes them stand out. Also, the melody is super catchy and I can imagine it being on the radio, and stuck in people’s heads.
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not. – Dr. Seuss, The Lorax
Wow, is this depressing or what? To quote For Science, sometimes I wonder if the sun is outside, sometimes I wonder if I’m even alive.
They’re still the same old FF5 that I grew up loving. Their sound hasn’t changed a bit. They have the same thumping beats, guitar rifts, and vocal effects. Upon first listening to it, I really felt nostalgic and thought that I was going to love the band again.
Their screamer was absolutely mind blowing. His voice was so perfect and there wasn’t a single scream that came out of him that I wasn’t impressed with. His variety of screams made it all the better. As for the singer, he was equally flawless.
This album raises awareness and funds for a cause that every kid has had to deal with. In recent years the topic has become more serious. No longer is it a matter of ‘standing up for yourself’ or ‘just walking away’, this is a true social issue with real ramifications.
His voice is absolutely beautiful; he’s undoubtedly one of my top three favourite vocalists simply because his voice is so unique and beautiful. The tune is simple and catchy and lovable on the EP, but hearing him perform it makes it my new addiction.
The band was never about being cool, never about impressing the masses. I always admired them for this considering they seemed to be the rare few who weren’t singing about a bottle of Jack and getting lucky
There is not a single redeeming factor about this song. Not a lyric, not one note he hits, not one instrumental beat. I can honestly say I’ve never heard a song that sucked THIS bad.
“Even ‘Kisses on the Butt’ would be better, could mean cigarette. Or heck, ‘kisses on the ass’, possibly a beloved pet donkey. But bottom? Nope.”
It’s totally a step up for the band if they want to gain a ton more fans, and since it’s kind of a comeback song, I can most certainly hear it being on the radio, and becoming really popular.
Though we may not think about it, there are many inventions that have revolutionized not only how we hear music, but how it’s created. Here are some pretty fantastic innovations that are totally noteworthy
When good bands tour together, it’s a sign that music isn’t complete rubbish. La Dispute, Balance and Composure, Sainthood Reps and All Get Out are all doing a tour in North America.
Listening to it honestly made me just want to not review this mixtape at all, however I continued on because I wanted to hear what Black Cards had to offer with their takes on different songs.
The band’s so much older; shouldn’t they be acting it? I hate to say it but they’re not the same old young group they were back in the Underdog Alma Mater days.
As if this masterpiece didn’t already have enough emotional buildup that’s so strong it’s almost painful to listen to, the last line always makes me teary-eyed. There’s a sinking feeling in my stomach each time I hear it or read it, because it’s so tragic and unbelievable.
The only places in the US he’s playing are NY and California. This couldn’t have been a worse decision. To rub it even more in my face, the shows are sold out. I cannot comprehend why the man couldn’t have just played a different day
These five friends travelling in a van, having the time of their lives is inspiring and compelling. It’s cool to see them all so close and pursuing their dream. As they explore the nation’s capitol, they crack jokes and are bonding.
It’s fascinating to watch because parts of it are funny, but then there’s more serious parts that really captivate you and draw you in. It’s ridiculously well done and one of the best music videos I’ve seen in a while.
The one minute video definitely says enough to get me really pumped for what they’re working on. It’s fun to watch because it lets us see their personalities. It shows off their silly side
There are multiple pre-order bundles. The first is just the album, for $10. $16 will get you a tee and the album. There are many more, but as the prices go up, the bundles get better
The lyrics are beautiful, too. They’re just accentuated by the singer’s raw and powerful voice. The way the instruments support his voice really pulls the song together and makes it interesting to listen to
At the core of the issue is that these bills could cause censorship of the Web and deny website owners the right of due process central to our legal system. It is the first salvo in a war to make the Internet less Open. Many sites, including Google and Wikipedia staged black-outs of their sites yester
The song has always held a special place in my heart because of the lyrics. It really is the MCR anthem to me, and it is truly symbolic of how things get better, times are rough, but you just need to remain yourself.
It’s a huge step up and is the best song that D.R.U.G.S. has ever released. For the first time, I am appalled and stunned by the perfection and how I can feel the effort they put into the song. I’m totally blown away.
Apparently Kid busted out a cigar after a Travis Tritt show in Detroit and well- it was a non smoking venue. Kid stated it was an accident and that he ‘had been drinking’. Hold up, its a Travis Tritt show, OF COURSE he was drinking, its required.
It sounds like a friend doing really bad, drunk, karaoke and all you can do is sit there and cringe. I’m horrified by the overall severe suckage of the performance
He has the perfect voice for this song; it really shows off his talent. The instruments are tight and dynamic, which makes them really interesting to listen to
A while ago, the band Breathe Carolina had a contest for their fans to make a music video for their song “IDGAF”. Now, one of the worst bands in existence, We Are The In Crowd, is copying the idea.
“To be conscious that life is short is not suicidal. I’m good if I die tonight Iv taken care of the people who took care of me when I couldn’t take care my self”
not one hundred percent, but I’m pretty sure none of them actually play an instrument. They just stand around and sing. How bland.
Look Mexico has so much talent as a whole they’re a powerhouse and I really want to see them live.
I’ve never heard a voice like his, but it’s really enjoyable because it is so different. His range is impressive and it makes it his own, making it dimensional and interesting.
How bad can a movie with Bon Jovi getting slapped not once, but twice? Prett bad. Perhaps if Gerry Marshall had Katherine Hegl slap every member of the casr they might have been on to something.
It’s painful to see that the band still updates their Facebook page every once and a while because it sparks the feeling that I just want them back together, and now.
The album was a real step up and forward for the group lyrically, musically, and spiritually. It set them ahead and showed that they can shake it up and yet still remain punchy, addictive, and heartfelt all at once.
The lyrics are so ridiculously amazing that it makes you just want to hear them over and over again, with the gentle guitar and Oberst’s whispery yet strong voice makes it driving and attention grabbing, yet still calm and emotional.
However the lyrics lack any real thought and it feels fake, overdone, and just boring. It’s absolutely nothing special and quite disappointing.
It is the best thing he’s ever released, and not only because his editing and singing skills have gotten better but because it shows off his real talent and that he’s back and better than ever.
Bemis’ voice almost saves the song, and the instruments feel weak and forced. The lyrics don’t really hold a special meaning and there’s not even a hook. The song isn’t absolutely terrible, because Say Anything can never be anything less that okay
It seems the princess and the prince always live happily ever after, little animals save the day, and evil gets exactly what it deserves. Who wouldn’t love a world like that?
I’ll be in the Wizarding World Of Harry Potter theme park pretty soon, which is very exciting because I’m a huge Harry Potter fan. To get in the spirit, here are some magic-inspired songs.
Even if you are guilty of stealing a song or two (or a hundred), here are 10 albums that are worth the investment.
The instruments are tightly woven together, really making the perfect back track for the clever lyrics. Everything’s so compact, tight, and radio worthy- and then the chorus comes.
