I decided to stay and watch. Which was a good decision because now I know to never go and see them again..

He can write a love song that doesn’t make you cringe.
The intricacy of the different beats and sounds used has always been their forte, but this tune brings it above and beyond anything they’ve done before.
I couldn’t watch past about thirty seconds before I felt disgusted.
Even though I got kicked, pushed, shoved, and beat up, I still walked out of the venue shaking with excitement.
The incredible quartet hailing from Cali have the Oberst ability to tug at heartstrings, the Joyce Manor ability to pack a punky punch, a Brand New ability to be both hardcore and intensely sad.
Autumn is the best tour season, and this is going to be one of the best shows ever
My first thought when the band stepped on? Anthony Green is a god.
The Uproar Festival this year was uh…interesting. There was everyone from middle school boys to drunk moms.
” $500,000 of the band’s money was transferred by Hutz, who claimed they were “loans”; these “loans” didn’t seem to mean much because Hutz never payed interest.”
“From the lyrics to the sound, this song is the perfect angry teenager punk masterpiece.”
This “idol”, this “teen role model” is hitting bottom over and over.
Panic! is back, Panic! is going to change everything, and they’re not going anywhere.
We find that “Benny and Joon” are, in fact, Bill and his wife. In a way, they both have very similar features and characteristics to Depp and Masterson; the parallels are perfect.
e depth of the sound cuts into you and all the layers fit so well.
Everyone knew the words and everyone knew to callbacks as well- it was a fantastic sense of community that The Wonder Years of so successfully created.
There were circle pits and moshing, and that made the band push out more effort and everyone ended up drenched in sweat but still raging
Look under the M’s… no McCartney-Costello collaboration on “Flowers In the Dirt” so we will include it here
All of this sounds so incredible, and very doable. Being a huge fan of the trilogy, Bowie is a perfect fit for Lecter’s uncle. The chemistry would be there, and it would flow really well. Mikkelsen, who plays Hannibal, could very much pass for Bowie’s nephew
I have never seen this band live, and to hear that they’re cancelling some of their dates is disappointing.
I personally don’t see anything wrong with it. They’re still playing live and they’re still entertaining their fans. They wear makeup and dress up weird, so why not have some other artificial elements to the mix?
Riot Fest tweeted, “Homophobia and discrimination is not punk rock.” You got that right. For years, a massive amount of musicians have supported equality, and that has continued to create an impact in those who are the future.
At first, I couldn’t get through it at all, and then forced myself to view the whole thing, praying it was a joke of some sort. The countless product placements, ridiculous scenarios- it makes no sense at all.
Beckett’s allusion ties in with the whimsical feel of this song and really puts the icing on the cake
I can’t get enough of the harmonies. When the instruments hit that discordant tone and it mixes with the perfect blend of voices, it’s chilling. The original version doesn’t quite have this same quality.
Leah McFall is the leader of the Voice UK pack and she does have amazing range, her high notes are sky high. Somewhere along the way “Grime” became rapping with an English accent. And the rest of this is the usual suspects.
Even though it was dark, you could see him grinning as the crowd cheered. Following him were Justin Aufdemkamp, Ryan Neff, and B.J. Stead. Last but not least, was Levi Benton, having transformed from the quiet man I interviewed to a metal god. They automatically ripped into their first song, and they didn’t hold back a thing.
A beacon of energy when on stage, when I was going to talk to him, he was soft spoken and it certainly caught me off guard.
They will be digitally releasing TAYF acoustic. The entire thing will be redone like new, stripped down and raw. They’re releasing it themselves on June 18th. This is one of the best ideas the band has done.
I am absolutely in love with this song. It’s unique and catchy, and the use of the Daft Punk backing beat is fantastic. His voice is almost cute, but the lyrics give it an edge. As for the video, it’s not super elaborate, but it’s certainly not boring.
As for the bassist, I was blown away. Daniel Shapiro was either classically trained or has the natural talent of a god, because as someone who believes bass and drums make or break a song, I was beyond impressed.
He sounds like a chick, this Kellin Quinn, and to be honest there is not one redeeming factor of this band to have me overlook it. Plus, the shitty quality of the production proves that he doesn’t even actually sound like that. AND to make me even more upset, MGK is featured in this song. Joy.
Most of these reflects live music today: at Gov’s Ball I plan to see most of these bands, though how can you choose between Fucked Up and Dirty Projector (who play at the same time) Then if I leave back after Alt J and should be in plenty of time for McCartney at Barclay’s Center. Last time I saw him, Macca played a killer “1985” and my only hope is he shake it but baby don’t break it one more time!
Frank Turner is genius; he’s one of the best musicians of the century. Everything that he does is so real and captivating, and I want to see him live so badly, I want the chance to tell him this in person. I now understand why my friends worship the ground he walks on- he’s otherworldly
I can’t get enough of “Old And All Alone”. It’s super catchy and has your typical pop-punk feel, but once again, the vocals give me goosebumps. The harmonies and deep guitars lead up to the stadium-worthy chorus; what I like about this is how the song goes from 1 to 10 without it being awkward
A liver transplant? How the hell did they keep this one so hush hush? Reed who is 71-year was admitted to the Mayo Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio after rejecting New York hospitals because he claimed were ‘dysfunctional’. What a spitfire, ay?
“Because we’re all so very 21st century, you’re probably listening to me on some sort of portable stereo. Maybe you’re sitting on the back of the bus, or it’s running up your sleeve and you’re across from your boss, or you’re sitting in your bedroom on your own with the lights down low.”
this is the man who has not only been in jail, but has also been arrested for domestic violence. I wouldn’t be surprised if he did kick out his band and take all the money. He’s a talentless loser. Also, this woman has been called his wife, girlfriend and fiance, there is no reality in Radke world.
I loved how there were more musicians than just the three in the band- they had horns and more guitars and everything that they needed; it was a show, and the added elements made the music part of it sound just like how it does on the albums.
Musicians who want to make a difference in a community that is not their own and selflessly give is a wonderful thing, regardless of whether or not you assume they’re doing it for the press. What Blink 182 has done was recognise that they could make a serious difference, which this auction will do.
As soon as they stepped on stage, and crowd pushed forward. Luckily I was to the side and wasn’t being swallowed by all the people. There were a lot of fans in attendance; the majority of the crowd knew the words, and I was one of em
This is when it hit me that FOB is truly the greatest band of our generation. They have such stage presence, and I can’t say often enough how insanely phenomenal Patrick’s voice was.
Dan “Soupy” Campbell walked by me and at that moment, I fangirled. I lost my cool. I was not a journalist at a show, I was a hardcore fan stoked to see my idols grace a stage.
With all technicalities, there is not an ounce of effort. They did literally nothing to make the song original or different, and so it was boring. Then, the guy has an equally boring voice- there’s no flair, no way I could tell the difference between him and anyone else in that “genre”.
I was in the middle of the crowd, surrounded by mostly teenage boys talking about how stoned they were and how stoked they were and how awesome their band was and how drunk they got last weekend. Losers, but meh. I was just excited. I knew that that night was going to be groundbreaking, life-changing. I felt it in my bones.
This badass Britney Spears-loving frontwoman was so kind and softspoken that I walked away eager to see her transform into the singer of Five Knives I’ve seen in the videos, all hardcore and powerful. To be honest, it’s a total inspiration
I can’t even find enough words in the English language to describe how horrendous the song is without using very offensive profanity
I found a version of “Migraine” captured in The Live Room and to be entirely honest, I like almost cried the first time I heard it. This band is absolutely perfect.
I can’t get enough of this band. The chorus totally hits home and makes this their Warped Tour anthem; every band who plays Warped has the one new song that people know and scream along to, even if just walking by, and this is it
