With the announcement of this memorial, a few questions came to my mind…. Who will be there? Will the Westboro Baptist Church dare venture in Hollywoodland? And should I go?

A public memorial for Jeff Hanneman, Slayer’s guitarist, has been planned at the Hollywood Palladium next week, and it’s totally free, but based on the usual first-come first-serve mayhem. I expect chaos and thousands of metal fans trashing the place.

Let’s see, with ‘I Appear Missing’, we have already heard four songs off ‘…Like Clockwork’ which has only 10 tracks. Even though they are growing a bit on me, I didn’t totally like these songs at the first listening,… if they are the best ones on the album, I am not sure it will raise to its expectations.

You got the idea, music stars received huge deals for certain products but I bet they don’t even consume them. However, there is much worst, some of these products are actually bad, bad at so many levels that they should be ashamed to be greased by such trash! But this has never stopped them a bit.

I have just listened to the song posted below, ‘Homely Girl’, and it’s your typical Weezer song in Japanese, with a catchy power pop chorus and probably very forgettable lyrics — I mean they have a line in English! I have obviously no expertise to know if their Japanese is good or not.

The usual suspects, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Adele, Skrillex, Lady Gaga, Beyone, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake,… and also Helen’s darling, Morrissey, whom, I must say, is leaving the most people undecided: 52% of people are ‘not sure’ of their opinion about Morrissey whereas 17% are favorable and 31% are unfavorable!
