Am I That Lonely Tonight – Justin Townes Earle – I did by a tix to see him at Webster Hall in May. Justin’s new album is so good I’d good I’d be surprised if it doesn’t make my top top if 2012. Grade: A

It is bouncy and happy, with a retro, playful-meandering organ during the intro, almost too light to catch, then the tune takes off with old-school flower-power choruses and fast raging guitars culminating in a fuzzy and loud affair.
