absolutely love this event for being so brutally honest. Look you filthy kids it costs a mint to put on a shindig so meh, we’re taking the year off. Fabulous. I am very hopeful that they get paired up with a good sponsor to have a 2014. It would be so wrong if organizers so forthright were done for good.

Hardcore Fest is three jam packed days of sweat. Legends like Anthrax and Opeth headline Friday and Saturday and my personal HOOOAH, Suicidal Tendencies head up Sunday Night. Screw work or school, to miss these guys would be a crime.

I would love to see Bow Wow Wow, I don’t know if time was kind to them but the songs are embedded in my brain and a huge part of my youth. this would be a nostalgia show without a doubt. A huge Brooklyn music event can only mean one thing- massive insanity and fun times ahead. The lineup is impressive and I think there are rocknyc writers who should be there but will be too busy shoving themselves in to their new dorms.
Googa Mooga was by far one of the most tweeted and facebooked fests in memory, and not for the great tunes our atmosphere. I dont think they anticiapted such a turn out because food and drink ran out and the lines for public facilties got long

Their bold attitude, shared-time on vocals, and catchy rocking tunes got the attention of the crowd right away. The Worcester Palladium will host the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival. This grimy venue will hours 3 days of hardcore thrashing mayhem and I’m predicting allot of kicked out teeth and lost shoes. rocknyc will be there all three days to catch the scene as this Festival slams in to action.
The line up this year is the best yet. Problem is they are all very far from me. I am pained to see there are really only three dates on the East Coast. What a shame, hike this gig up a few states North and it would be party time.
Thousands of people from all over the world were there for the electronic music and to party. There is no place where you can see so many talented DJ’s in one place which was set up with the main stage area, divided up in to eight different stages.
rocknyc will be at this event finding whos best and keeping score. How to cover ten venues is going to be the challenge. Im not sure how big Albany is but it better have good parking or great cabs. I also think I’d better invest in a map, considering my sense of direction this could be dangerous.

A Eurotrash hipster bamboozle where basically no one speaks English and everyone smokes. A great opportunity to hear things never heard and really be cutting edge The festival, which also takes place in the fall in Krakow, Poland
