So I guess at least in the UK the world is all Gaga all the time, “Applause” hit # 5 two days its release!!! The Ellie song at number one is also surprisingly good

Who Knows Where The Time Goes – Sandy Denny – This is a very precise and beautiful solo take on the song given a more vigorous workout by Fairport Convention. Given added by poignancy by her early death, it both sees time as immoveable and watches as it disappears – A+
