3. Back Door Man – Tomas Doncker Band – Powerful version of the classic, Doncker’s voice has never been better – A-

4. Stay In Touch – David Bronson – The hardest hitting song on Bronson’s upcoming album is a distilled 70s hard rocker – A-

5. Life Is Long – David Bronson – I think this is waiting on album after next, but it is maybe his best stand alone song – A

6. Applause – Lady Gaga – The kick is, it’s a minor song when she needed a big track, but the hook is so powerful it works in a big way – A

7. Roar – Katy Perry – This has sold nearly a half million copies… but why???? – C
