Gwar Frontman Fundraiser, "The Dave Brockie Memorial Art Show"

The former Oderus Ungerus is dead.  Sadly the Gwar frontman died suddenly leaving his band mates bewildered and his fans wondering if it was a hoax.  He also left a family in debt.  The cost of death isnt cheap and as a bonus you leave all of that with the infamous “next of kin” its your final gift to those you love.  Taxes, liens, debt..pay up even if your no longer earthly.

This being said its time for a fundraiser! This one in Brooklyn, NY and dig this- an art show.  And the ‘artists are lining up in droves to be a part of a show that only ‘portion of proceeds’ go to the fun.  This is a win/win as you capitolize on the tragedy, make a profit and kick back to a cause.  Almost 100 artitst want a piece of this and among them are: Lawrence Van Abbena, George Abruzzese, Tyghe Achenbach, Michael Alan, James Alexander, John Stuart Berger, Meg Bert, Chris Besaw, Cory Brown, Ben Busk, Fernando Carpaneda, Ryan Case, Karl Dahmer, Jason D’Aquino, Jennifer Daugherty, Shannon Daugherty, Angie Decay, Patrick Dignon, Extremo The Clown, Kate Ferry, PH Fred, Bob Gorman, Jorge A. MF Gallery at the Opening Party, on Saturday May 3rd from 7 to 10pm. Music by GWAR, Death Piggy and DBX will be playing all night, and there will be projections of various GWAR / Dave Brockie videos.
