Tony Iommi has gone on the record that a Black Sabbath reunion is not such a far flung idea…
"We've had a rehearsal and played some of the old stuff and to be together again was great," says the guitarist. "We're all on good terms and we're at a stage where we can play together again. It would be good if we could and I suppose it's the closest it's been to be able to do that. It could happen!"
There are reunions that should never happen. This is one. When you're age is past the average for retirement, then its best to stay off the stage. What is the appeal of 'reunion'? I'm a big fan of the 'die young stay pretty' mentality
Ozzy is a parody, theres that whole suing of Tony thing and well its just too late for this sort of stuff.
Is it money? Is it a want for the 'good ol' days'?
Its really not a good thing at all. 1970 was a really really long time ago.
