It’s a blessing or a curse. Long time opening act Kristeen Young is off as opener for the current in limbo Morrissey tour and stated the following on her FB page:
We won’t be continuing as opening band for the Morrissey tour. Thanks to all who showed up early and gave us such life-sustaining enthusiasm. Thanks to Morrissey for his years of support and generosity. There are lots of plans and lots of possibilities and we can’t wait to tear into them.
So is the tour cancelled or did she get the boot? Perhaps that Tweet saying she was not at all ill with virus (as Morrissey suggested) got her the old heave ho. Or wait.. is the entire tour cancelled? hmmm
Leave it to Moz to leave us all wondering what the hell is going on. While Im at it why has there been no public Jimmy Fallon et all late night tour biz going on? Whoa whoa… Boston is scheduled for June 7, then Baltimore on the 10th… what oh what is gonna happen?
