Techno Kills, Marine Park Rave Kills Dolphin

This is a very sad story. At Connyland marine park in Lipperswil, Switzerland, a dolphin died after a two-day rave party, that was organized close to its pool. And it was not a coincidence, wildlife experts had warned that extremely loud techno music could cause stress to the dolphins, and animal activists even protested against it.
The Veterinary Office defended the facility, saying that it was built such a way it would not disturb the dolphins, and the rave went on. But Shadow, a 8-year-old dolphin, became distressed and disoriented afterward and was found dead a few days later.

Activists recorded the sound and found out that the vibrations could actually be felt outside the park. An activist declared:
‘The sound levels which would have been heard by the dolphins is comparable with that of a pneumatic drill on top volume. Before the event we warned of these noise levels and the damage which could be done and called for the event to be called off.
A few days after the event Shadow became very agitated. The trainer tried to calm Shadow down, but just minutes later Shadow stopped breathing and then his heart stopped beating.'

Jurgen Ortmuller from the Whale and Dolphin Protection Society also claimed: 'We have reasonable evidence to suggest that the extreme noise levels from the two day techno party severely affected the immune system of the dolphins. Dolphins are very sensitive creatures. We warned against a techno party taking place in this location for these very reasons.'

It is already enough stress for these animals to be kept captive in these supposedly amusement parks, but rave parties in these locations have to stop!
And techno music kills dolphins? It cannot be that good for us either.
