No Fare Thee Well: Phil Lesh To Play Central Park In September

Now that the Dead are Dead, is that the end jam fans? Are you gonna be left with a steady diet of Phish and Disco Biscuits… I mean, Maps And Atlases never took off the way they were meant to, and the Allman’s are gone as well. Govt Mule, Trucks Tedeshi? Close but no cigar.

So how about a quarter of the real thing? Listening to 2002’s Phil Lesh And Friends, Three And Back Again I am not sure I buy into the entire concept  but I will give them this: they sure sound a lot, how you say, blacker than the Dead did last week.

If it was a Friday night I might even go, but since it isn’t , it’s a Wednesday, I’ll leave you to buy into this and stand for hours on end. If I was going I would absolutely pony up the hundred bucks for bleacher seats –a no brainer. So here is the info… enjoy!
