EDM, it’s still a thing. Despite dumbass dancers dropping dead from dehydration or drugs (wow thats alot of D’s) the musical thump just wont stop. But here is a great idea- put everyone on a boat and sail them out on the water!
The Holy Ship! Cruise is a great opportunity to party it up on the wide open sea this go round there are two tours of duty January 3rd – 5th with a stop at Half Moon Cay, Bahamas, and from February 18th – 21st with excursions at Nassau, Bahamas and Coco Cay, Bahamas.
The line up is 30 USB thumb drives and a light show. Nah, Im jokin’. The January line up is horrible wih Pretty Lights, Knife Party, Flume, Boys Noize, A-Trak, Laidback Luke, Duke Dumont, Rudimental, Destructo, RL Grime, Alex Metric, Rustie, Cyril Hahn, Oliver, Dusky, GRiZ, and Gorgon City. The February launch seems a bit better with Skrillex, Fatboy Slim, Basement Jaxx, Baauer, Claude VonStroke, Busy P, Green Velvet, Brodinski, Busy P, Sub Focus, Ty Dolla $ign, DJ Mustard, Jack Beats, Justin Martin, Alex Metric, DJ Snake, Tommy Trash, AraabMUZIK, Marti Buttrich, AC Slater, and Galantis. Fatboy is pretty cool, so Id vote for that gig.
DJ’s have really become celebrity but I swear I just cant relate unless there are 2 turntables and a microphone. It just seems so.. fake? I mean I am sure there is talent there- in programming I guess.
This thing is already soldout but there is a waitlist presumably for in case someone drops dead prior to the departure. Stay safe out there kids.
