Christine McVie Rejoins Fleetwood Mac, Playing MSG October 6th, 2014

thinkin' bout tommorrow

thinkin’ bout tommorrow

Wow, talking about tidings of great joy good will to all men! In the annals of greatest Fleetwood Maccers it foes like this:

1. Lindsey Buckingham

2. Peter Green

3. Mick Fleetwood

4. Chistine McVie

But Christine, who left in 1998 because she hates to fly and therefore hates to tour has been gone for so long it was easy to believe she was never ever coming back , indeed Stevie had just said there was a better chance of an asteroid hitting the earth and now GUESS WHAT!!

Yes she is back.

And remember, they were pretty great without em (read my review here).

Here’s my second  paragraph:”The So Cal Mac, a pop art band, break down as follows: Stevie Nicks wrote folk rock anthems for girls who still believed in fairies, Lindsey Buckingham was the King of guitar pop artiness and Christine wrote So Cal anthems.  So, with little choice in the matter, the band sang“Don’t Stop” and “You Can Go Your Own Way” without Christine but there was a gaping wound  they chose not to mend where “You Make Loving Fun” and “Over My Head” should have been.

A real loss and Mac would’ve been a better band with her there.”

So with Christie there? This should be the show of a lifetime.
