This Sunday, Antwan Patton aka Big Boi, of Outkast fame, was arrested on drug charges in Miami FL. More exactly, he was charged on 3 drugs possession: MDMA powder, ecstasy pills and Viagra, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.… Viagra? You can be arrested for having Viagra? Yes! If you don’t have a prescription for it,… what a joke!
He was detained by customs as he was returning to the US after a vacation in Puerto Rico and Grand Turk Island. He then was held on a $16,000 bond at the Pre-Trial Detention Center in Miami and was released later, twitting right away ‘Fresh Out Baby’, ‘Shiiiiit they said it was the Love Boat’.
Officials are saying all of his charges would be considered felonies, but Big Boi’s attorney Daniel Kane disagrees:
‘While Big Boi was traveling with his group and friends, a small amount of contraband was found in the collective luggage. I am confident when the entire facts are aired Big Boi will be completely exonerated.’
