It is already August, I am always amazed how summer time flies, it may be a banality to say it but it's true. However, summer is actually not over at all, September is still summer especially in Southern California, as it’s usually hotter than July! And there are still some festivals like the Port of Los Angeles Lobster Festival, a 3-day event from September 16th to the 18th celebrating the Seafood month and Maritimes traditions. Last year over 24,000 lobster meals were sold,… poor lobsters!
According to Buzzbands.la, the line-up will be once again very indie-music oriented (last year our favorites Saint Motel and Fitz and the Tantrums performed), but it is still incomplete at this time, as the official lobsterfest website hasn’t been updated yet.
