Sure, some singer's voices really get to me and touch me, but only one singer can make me melt.
Brendon Urie.
He did a cover of Elvis Costello's "(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love & Understanding". The most I know about this Costello guy is that my mom loves him, and I've probably heard a song or two by him. Other than that, I don't know who he is nor have I heard the original of this song(which is apparently by Nick Lowe). It's a cover inside of a cover? All I know is that Urie's voice is so gorgeous in this song. It fits flawlessly and this cover is probably one of my favourites he's done. Brendon's covered so many tunes, but this one really stands out to me. It doesn't have the usual ridiculous high notes, but it has a quality that cuts deep, and will make it very memorable. I'm so used to hearing Urie in his extraordinarily high register,
Brendon Urie can cover anything.
