With air raid sirens as the hook, this is one of the most lovely songs and strange songs you’ll hear this year. Is he being ironic? Unlikely – A

3. Bad Girls – Tennis – After a coupla more listens I think I underestimated the fraught with beauty Ritual In Repeat, including this lovely song – A-
4. Today And A Lonely Night – Justin Townes Earle – I sincerely regret not going to see him last week and if I could go back in time would probably change my mind, oh well, next time. Meanwhile, the slide guitar winds its way through this song delivering you to another sad conclusion – A
5. If You Want It – Nick & Knight – Old fashioned blue eyed soul, I wish it was a little better – C+
