Well Warped Tour has peaked and is now winding its way back down the trail. A ton of good times, spent condoms and beer bottles have been recycled and / or properly destroyed of and off they go.
Word is out that Volumes, a band you’ve never heard of, were booted off the MI date by Kevin Lyman himself. The reasons are vague but it seems that the kids had a wild time at a Walmart. This includes trashing the store and reportedly pissing on it as well, there was also some speak of coke snorting but hey man.. whatevs.
The point here is more that the penality was a day off. I dont suppose it was a financial impact (other than merch tent take)but when Pappy Kevin Lyman tweets at you- youre a certified idiot and sealed your own career closing fate.

They were pretty much just sent to their room without supper. Kicked off the tour would have been greater impact, dont you think? Or is this a mild infraction? Theres like misdemeanors and such? Warped law!

Guys really? That was the most pathetic whimper ever. Defend yourself, or apologize but dont snivle. Lets face it this band is not the next big thing or even the next ‘thing’ theyre filler in a pop punk world. There are reports that you earn $20k for the 2.5 month run.. wonder if they had a penalty? I think not but regardless…
Lyman should have done more if he was tweeting such a powerful statement!
