1. Yellow And Blue – Megan Washington – Indie pop, the dreamy sort which buzzes you sweetly so filled with emotion and feeling and all that other good stuff but a little unfulfilling once you dig in – B

2. Prayer In C – Lilly wood And The Prick – The remix by Robin Schltz has been a fixture on the UK charts for a coupla weeks now, it is a typical EDM song with a haunting string drenched track and a plucked guitar on the other – B+

3. Why Me Black Brother Why – Tomas Doncker Band, Josh David – The Mighty Diamonds cover is given a heavy dub remix by one Bill Laswell, as it studies the price of black against black violence in Trenchtown – A-

4. Just Be Good To Green – Professor Green – Lily Allen takes the lead vocal and PG has the flow of a US rapper – B

5. She Cranks My Tractor – Dustin Lynch – apparently literally – D+

6. Back In The USA – Chuck Berry, Linda Ronstadt – Linda gives it more bottle than she did on the official recording – A

7. Anybody wanna Take Ne Home – Ryan Adam – Minor song off a great album, but not too minor – B+

8. Ezy Ryder – Jimi Hendrix – Not finished at the time of his death, this is a riff monster of epic proportions – A

9. Bad Dreams Come True – Wesley Wolfe – Off his second album, this is either the world will get it or won’t, and they didn’t but I have no idea why, at least, the power pop genre wouldn’t be handing the man awards for a masterstroke arrangement like this – A
