2 – Tease – Jamie Foxx – The Eddie Murphy of 2015, and the album this is from will prove it, but what the fuck? A pop star can’t sing in the shower without Pharrell getting a credit nowadays – C+

3 – Montana – James Taylor – Sounds like Carolina is still on his mind, or someplace rural any way– B+

4 – Skies Open – Novella – my bloody valentine as re-imagined via Haim – B+

5 – Heavydirtysoul – Twenty One Pilot – This album is all over the place, the lead off song is a terrific little beats heavy hip hop rocker – B+

6 – Last Year – Joanna Gruesome – Wham bam, ramalama rocker – B+

7 – Getaway – The Milk Carton Kids – I loved em when I caught them at Town Hall a coupla years ago and see no reason to  change my mind on this sweet folk ballad – B+

8 – Make A Scene – Shamir – When I first heard this I thought it was Hot Chip in disco mode – B+

9 – Mercy – Muse – We’ve been waiting for Muse to release THAT SONG all year, and here it is, a full blown better than anything on the new U2 rock and roll arena ballad – B+

10 – Love Is The Future – Hot Chip – Ah yeah, here we go – B
