The Nightwatchman World Wide Rebel Tour, a documentary directed by Bobby Roth about Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello will be launched on this page on May 1st (May Day), and you will be able to watch it for free.
The Nightwatchman is Morello’s alter-ego and an outlet or his political views, and the documentary has apparently followed Morello to 41 countries during his World Wide Rebel Songs tour.
Ok, great, but I am working on May 1st, should I go on strike and join the Occupy Wall Street movement? If you are in New York, you should as Tom Morello will join Das Racist, Dan Deacon, Immortal Technique, Bobby Sanabria and others, and perform a rally at Union Square in New York City around 4 pm.
Morello will also lead a ‘Guitarmy’ in a march from Bryant Park to Union Square while playing Woody Guthrie's ‘This Land Is Your Land’, Sergio Ortega's ‘El Pueblo Unido’, Willie Nile's ‘One Guitar’, the Nightwatchman's ‘World Wide Rebel Song’, and the traditional protest song ‘We Shall Not Be Moved’.
I will be seeing Outernational! In concert that same day, does this count?
So let's watch it here
