Is it the end of Lady Gaga’s career? I mean how lower can she go after this? During her performance at SXSW on Thursday night, she came up with a disgusting stunt that you can watch below if you have a solid stomach. I am saying this because it involved real vomiting, yeah puking!
When she was singing ‘Swine’, a girl on stage was drinking some neon green substance and actually repeatedly vomited on Gaga… great scene really. Like a homage to all bulimic people, the girl was sticking her fingers down her throat, while pulling her long hair backward and regurgitating the slimy green stuff all over the singer’s naked body,… and she actually switched to some black stuff when the two were provocatively riding the mechanical bull (pig?) on stage. The fact that this was happening with a backdrop of giant neon Doritos logos should totally please the food company. Now I understand why she teamed up with R. Kelly, pee or vomit what’s the difference?
Was it shocking? Not really! Desperate? Definitively, everyone noticed and I bet she doesn’t even mind some bad publicity at this point because her album sales are going to the toilets. Artpop was a flop and she is ready for anything to get attention,… ‘Fuck you pop music’ she screamed at one point of her performance. According to people who were there, she also tied herself to a giant roasting spit, and doused herself with beer…

Okay, has she become the GG Allin of pop or is it a bad metaphor for all her bulimia years? May be she thought that she couldn’t keep up with Miley Cyrus and Beyonce on the sexy department and had to go for the weirder and more nauseating? It is fake vomit anyway, like anything Lady Gaga does. However this vomit girl is a professional artist, so I bet this is even Marina-Abramovic-approved!
