The first bands for 2012 Vans Warped Tour have been announced. Bayside, Chelsea Grin, Memphis May Fire, Sleeping With Sirens and The Silver Comet will be joining next year’s lineup. The next round of bands will be announced Wednesday, December 14th.
Vans Warped Tour 2012 kicks off June 16 in Salt Lake City.
So now we sit around and pace until the 14th. This should be a great year, the 'old timers' are pretty much out. I am thrilled for Memphis May Fire and Bayside, not so thrilled about Motionless in White (why are they not on this list and who really cares?)
Warped Tour, the 'rock and roll summer camp', gets us through the long cold New England winters. This year appears to be shaping up to be one of the best. Question is, what old folk band will show up? Bad Religion? I'm hoping for X, yeah, I'm dreaming, I know.
