Well summer is coming and June 7 comes first. On that day, the official Warped Tour 2011 compilation CD will be released. The CD is a great snapshot of what Warped is all about and the additional digital exclusives make it all the more juicy.
Wait wait… who the hell let Paramore on this? Paramore owns the #1 slot on this disc, which basically means I will have to forever skip past that. Paramore has no business on Warped theres nothing exciting about them and they'd do better on a Disney tour. Oh, go ahead and cry little fan girls but lets face it- they suck.
I have seen them numerous times as opening act to real bands. It was actually great cuz I would be able to take my time going to a venue, I could take hours to park no problem. I swear to you if I had to see boyishly square Williams do her Pat Benetar impersonation one more time I would whip not only my shoe but any other shoe in my proximity at her. I'm sad they're part of this- I'm disappointed that their fans will be in the crowd, that means the bubble gum will be in full bloom. Lord help me and keep me away from that stage. The rest of the offering only has a couple other dogs but with this many bands they cant all be great.
