True Groove Continue Their Residency This Thursday, September 11th At Milk River

Brooklyn Residency
Brooklyn Residency

rue Groove will continue their Brooklyn residency on Thursday with a record release party for their eagerly, and I do mean eagerly anticipated remix album: “This Thursday, September 11, Milk River in association with True Groove Global SOUL presents The True Groove All-Stars Global Soul Celebration of the release of “Funky World” a Club/Dub/Dance Compilation. Join us for an evening of blues, funk, afro-beat and rock-n-roll. NO COVER NO MINIMUM (but please support Milk River as you can).”

I’ve heard the album and I love the album and whenever Tomas Doncker dons his guitar you now you’re in for a good night. I missed the first night of the residency but I asked Tomas how it went. he said “Our first performance at Milk River was well attended, and a lot of fun! We were able to stretch out the arrangements and really dig deep into the grooves. The vibe (And the FOOD!) were great! We’re looking forward to an exciting run at Brooklyn’s premiere Jamaica restaurant/cool music venue-
Milk River.”

So now you know what you probably suspected, you missed it but don’t miss it this Thursday!!
