The Beatles Drop Abbey Road Inspired Sneakers

Seriously, do we need a $300 pair of white sneakers with a green apple and the Beatles logo on it?
 

French brands Comme des Garçons and Spring Court got the permission from Apple Corps Ltd to make these Beatles sneakers, which are supposed to be the model John Lennon is wearing on the cover of ‘Abbey Road’. And I have read that a line of bags, tee-shirts and baskets is coming up as part of the Spring Summer 2011 collection.
