Art Garfunkel – October 3rd – Carnegie Hall – Like a river it will flow… song to song, like those Rabbis over 60 years ago in tears and in prayer as this blonde haired Jewish boy made the ancient melodies come alive. It is still a gift from God.

Let’s Active: rock nyc Concert Picks Week Of September 28th, 2015

By Iman Lababedi | September 27, 2015

I’ve seen Art Garfunkel on stage before, but only with Paul, and as a fan of his solo career, I’ve wanted to see him solo for years and years, so Saturday night at Carnegie Hall is a biggie for me. For awhile now we thought he’d never sing again so this opportunity to hear that golden voice isis beyond thrilling. Apparently, and amazingly, his upper octaves are still in tact.

Art Garfunkel Talks… But Not To Us

By Alyson Camus | May 25, 2015

‘George came up to me at a party once and said ‘my Paul is to me what your Paul is to you.’ He meant that psychologically they had the same effect on us. The Pauls sidelined us. I think George felt suppressed by Paul and I think that’s what he saw with me and my Paul. Here’s the truth: McCartney was a helluva music man who gave the band its energy, but he also ran away with a lot of the glory.’

Art Garfunkel Is Bank!!!

By Iman Lababedi | January 15, 2014

Art’s voice was severely damaged and that was that except it isn’t that and now, four years later, Garfunkel is completely recovered and ready to sing everywhere… except nyc, ground zero to him. I am going to assume that this won’t hold.
