Joe Perry’s kids, Adrian and Tony, have a four piece rock ensemble called Tab The band outta Boston!! Everything in this business is a secret right?
As a non Aerosmith fan the connect doesn’t particularly interest me but as a lover of power pop, key references like Oasis and Cheap Trick is honor bound to grab my attention.
So I googled em and found a song, “Where She Was On Monday” that sounds like a Byrds outtake. “Secretary’s Day” is a cheaper tricker with a dose of the Stones on top.
Their third (third???) album release party is tomorrow (see poster above) and I’d be fascinated to see how Tab The band cut it live -from what I’ve heard, pretty damn good…
