Without any warning, New York duo Sleigh Bells just announced their third album by posting this video for the title song,… was anyone even aware they were ready for a new album? It follows their 2012 ‘Reign of Terror’, meaning these two never rest!

The ambiance is quite the same than before, riotous and sportive with aggressive noise-pop music mostly due to Derek Miller’s wild hard-hitting guitar and sexy Alexis Krauss doing her tough-sweet croon and best cheerleading dance combined with some boxing moves. Ripped jeans short, zebra guitar, leopard boxing robe, and colorful-haired back-up dancers, it is a racy video made to jump at your face,… ‘Be not Afraid’, sings/shouts Alexis

‘Better Rivals’ was produced by Derek Miller and mixed by Andrew Dawson, who, not surprisingly, also did lots of rap stuff such as ‘Yeezus’, ‘Wolf’, ‘Watch the Throne’ and ‘Teflon Don’. The album is set to be released on October 8th via Mom & Pop, and when they were at it, Sleigh Bells have also announced a big North America tour!
