Alot happens to the average 16 year old they get adult teeth, maybe a drivers license, they can cut their own food, some even are able to go out on a weeknight.
Other 16 year old kids are prepackaged shrink wrapped products who have thrown away any hope of normalcy for a life of being thrown into the back of a car with a blanket on them just to get past 80 thousand girls and their wide assed mothers.
