Rock Stars Gone Broke

I got this off a website called bossip.com and it is as good as its title suggests. All bossip all the time, starting with Lauryn Hill on her way to hoosegow for not paying her taxes. Look, I've got nothing against Lauryn Hill as such but one great solo album does not a career make and making an audience wait four hours to see you and then putting on a terrible show ain't gonna make you money or fans. Pay your damn taxes, you're married to a Marley, you can afford it.

Lauren is a lesson in what happens when your ego is bigger than your brains, the other two names is a lesson in what happens when posse members think they are rap superstars. They get some residuals by rapping on a Lil Jon track and don't pay taxes on it and finally can't follow it up for love or money…

Rapper Young Buck – don't you need to have made money to go broke? Shorty wanna ride? Only if hitch hiking. Hustling since he was 14 years old, the Cash Money guy dropped an album last year. If you make an album and nobody listens…

Beanie Siegel – Remember when Beanie was all over Jay-Z's shit? Well, he disappeared circa  The Dynasty and that was 2007

Chris Tucker, Allen Iverson, Evander Holyfield and TerreL Owens also in financial trouble, but they aren't musicians so what do I care?
