"I'm self made I'm self paid, I grew up with no daddy I'm from Miami Dade" WOOO! This is the latest offering from my papi, Dale. I have an odd love for Pitbull. He has the most ridiculous lyrics and he has a horrible smile and that dance? Really?
But this song is so ridiculous that I cant help but love it. Which is the magic of Pitbull. I find him so hilarious that I adore him. I don't even know what hes talking about half the time. He doesn't want to BE 305 Miami Dade County he IS 305 Miami Dade County, and don't you forget it.
The tune is silly and dance worthy and ok he loves his home town but the real issue here is WHAT THE HELL is the animal sound? Is it a bear? Is it a lion? Is it an alligator? Is it maybe a Pitbull? I have no idea why that animal is snarling or what its there for and who it is but it adds to the silliness of "Welcome 2 Dade County"
The 'Woo' is the best part (aside from the growl thingy). There is a funny meme that says to write a Pitbull song you need to shout 'Dale', babble a few words in Spanish, and name some cities and you have a hit, they're pretty much right. I would add that the tune needs that odd fake laugh he does as well.
