Pink Floyd Reunites? Well apparently just for the London 2012 Olympics. Although a David Gilmor denies this all other signs point to strong possibility. So far Queen, Led Zeppelin and even the remaining Two Beatles are reported to want to be part of this epic event
The London Evening Standard reports:
“Its long been made clear it would take something very special to get Pink Floyd back together again and it doesn’t get any bigger than the Olympics,” an insider said. “Like Sir Paul [McCartney, rumored to play at the opening ceremonies] they have been a major part of the nation's culture over the past 40 years and it will be very fitting that they’re involved when London is on show to the world. It’s hoped everything can be confirmed in the coming weeks.”
Didn’t they already do that lame Wall Tour and a few of them join up for the Live 8 concert? I vote for Led Zeppelin, all the others would be lame. The 2 Beatles would be a horror, that should be cut out of consideration like right this second.
