Paul McCartney Falls Off The Stage
I am happy to reprot that Sir Paul is officially in the "Cool Old Rocker Club", having finally fallen off the stage. Now in company of greats such as Steven Tyler and Scott Weiland, Paul took a digger right off the side.
Now McCartney is not exactly a dancer and well I dont think anyoen had thrown business cards at the stage, which we know makes things mad slippery. Yet he 'dusted himself off' and kept on going- no video has surfaced yet from Liverpools Echo Club, darn it…
"He's not accident-prone so it's unusual for him to be clumsy. He saw the funny side,' a source told British newspaper The Sun.
The funny side is how exactly do you fall off the stage? The lights I suppose can be an obstacle, someone could trip ya, but who would have the nerve to trip a 69 year old legend?
McCartney recently announced that he will be releasing a new album in 2012. He has compiled an as-yet-untitled LP, which features covers of songs he grew up listening to, as well as two new tracks. Stevie Wonder and Eric Clapton are reported on this new recording set to release February 6, 2012.
In the mean time.. careful there Pops. Oh, and for any of you who are going to jump to his defense.. get over it- he's fair game til he grows legit wings.
