The One Direction Arena Tour began Saturday night at the 40,000 seater El Campin Stadium in Bogota, Colombia. Word is the bands were a little late with miscues, missed verses and the great rock and roll controversy: the truncated song, where they perform just the bridge and a chorus of a song. So if you are a fan and the setlist is making you salivate well, not so fast toots.
I saw em at the magical 2012 Jingle Ball and then a year ago at the IZOD Center though I decided to give the Metlife gig this August a miss. If it had been a weekend I might have made it there but it isn’t worth that late at a night. Also, I’m not a fan of the second album, it was too long and not worth the wait for the money shots.
Of course, if I was a teenage girl I might have a different opinion entirely.
