If I was interviewing Jimmy there is plenty of stuff I’d like to ask him about, not least is what does it mean to be a Wicken in the 1960s, underage romance, weird fashion, hard rock, hammers and gods. But since this is a conversation about his pictorial biography ZOSO, first released in a limited edition 2500 print back in 2010.
So I decided what the heck, I might as well figure out what he has to say any way, even if it is nothing earth shattering. I’ve only seen Page live once, that was with Page on the Walking Into Clarksdale, a good album and a fine set at MSG. But having said that, I am not a huge Zep fan, much like metal as a whole I always found them a little on the silly side without being self aware.
I’d love to see them live and if Plant doesnt wanna tour, I’d love to see Page bring out the Zep catalog on stage one more time but he has a huge problem, who do you get to play Page? Adam Lambert? Eddie Vedder (right attitude, wrong key). Anyway, buy tickets for the November 3rd conversation at the 92nd Street Y here.

Genesis Publications proudly present Jimmy Page’s first official published work, the definitive photographic autobiography of one of the world’s most iconic guitar players.
