Michael Jackson's Estate Is Facing New Child Molestation Claims

According to the Independent, Michael Jackson is in trouble again, or would be in trouble again if he were still alive. James Safechuck who appeared along with Jackson in the Pepsi commercial in the 80s, has filed court papers against the singer’s estate and it’s not pretty.

Safechuck’s attorneys said that ‘[Jackson] engaged in a calculated course of conduct to lure both [Safechuck] and his parents into a false sense of security and normalcy that was far from reality.’

‘And [Jackson] was successful in his efforts to the point that [Safechuck] endured repeated acts of sexual abuse of a heinous nature and was brainwashed by the decedent into believing they were acts of love and instigated by James himself rather than the decedent.’

Safechuck is now 36 (he was only 10 at the time) and pretends that ‘after the first incident, [Safechuck] regularly began sleeping in [Jackson’s] bed in his hotel room during the rest of the Bad tour in 1988’ and ‘was molested nearly 100 times over the course of four years until he hit puberty.’

This is the classic story when it comes to Jackson, he became uninterested to the boys once they have passed puberty. Plus the child, who has sworn before that Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him, did wait 20 years to speak out.

And this is only one of Jackson’s victims who is surfacing right now. Choreographer Wade Robson has also revealed that Jackson molested him when he was a child. According to RadarOnline, Robson’s attorneys are asking Jackson’s estate ‘to admit that during the time from approximately 1990 through 1997 sexual activities between Michael Jackson and Wade Robson included Michael Jackson masturbating while watching Wade Robson from behind on all fours, naked, with his knees and palms extended like a dog on all fours.’

The rapport is full of graphic allegations such as ‘putting his hand over Robson’s clothed penis’, ‘putting his hand inside Wade Robson’s underpants,” and even ‘penetration of Wade Robson’s anus with [Jackson’s] penis.’

Of course Jackson invited the family to stay at the ranch and according to Robson, ’employed an audible alarm system for his bedroom [and] hung ‘do not disturb’ signs on his bedroom door.’

These sexual acts occurred between 1990 and 1997 when Robson was 7 to 14 year old, and why would a successful 30-year-old reveal humiliating things like these now? For money you’re gonna say, but I am not sure that Robson is even asking for money (although very probably) as the Radar online article insists he is asking for the estate to admit this happened. Like Safechuck who is now a computer programmer married with two children, Robson had denied any sexual abuse several times before, so their credibility may be questionable in the court of law.

But this is not unusual at all, many molestation victims disclose the truth decades after the crimes happened. Could it be that both men have had intensive therapy and are now able to deal with the truth and painful issues they had denied for a long time? Anyway, it is not because Jackson is dead that the truth should not be revealed.
