You would think that after what Chris Brown did to his girlfriend, his young female audience would have shied off a tiny bit from his show, and would think twice about going to one of his performance dressed up as if they wanted to seduce the guy !
Not at all, not only his show last week at the Staple center was filled up with females in their 20s wearing their tiniest dresses, highest heels and shiniest pieces of jewelry, but, according to the LATimes, some of them fought and insulted the arena staff to claim unoccupied seats in order to get closer to their idol.
This is how the Times described Brown’s young female crowd:
‘They love Chris Brown and nothing else mattered. They ignored the obvious lip-syncing and Auto-Tune vocals, shrieked at every pelvic thrust and gyration, swooned at his boyish grin and six-pack abs and fanned themselves during a video montage of the singer showering and howled with jealously when he chose one female to bump and grind with as he flickered his tongue across her face.’
There is nothing new in girls blind adoration of the bad boy's sexually-charged moves, but what made the thing a little bit extra-ordinary this time, was that one of these young girls was Michael Jackson’s daughter. According to TMZ, Paris was invited to Brown’s pre-show ‘where he greeted her with a giant, friendly hug’, and she and her friends got to watch his sold-out performance, front row.
Sure Paris, Chris Brown is a great role model, who also wants to imitate your father’s dance moves,… and actually nothing can be better for Brown than the king of pop’s daughter showing her love for him (she did a heart shape sign!) and attending one of his shows.
