Each day of the Dr.Conrad Murray’s trial (or the Michael Jackson's death trial as the media call it) is gonna be a sort of circus downtown Los Angeles, but each day will also bring its does of revelation,… well, sort of, since we more or less had figured out all this already.
So what was established during these last days?
Chief security guard, Faheem Muhammed, testified that Paris and Prince, the two oldest Jackson’s children were present when their father was dying, lying on the floor with his eyes and mouth wide open, completely unresponsive…. This was probably ugly and it looks bad for Dr. Murray.
But what is even worst is the rest: Murray allegedly then asked Muhammed if someone knew CPR? How is this possible, I’m gonna say the obvious here, but he is a doctor and he does not know CPR??? Has anyone checked the background of this guy?
Murray discovered Jackson’s body at 11:56 AM, he ran downstairs asking personal chef Kal Chase, to ‘get Prince, get help, get security’. Prince got there and then Murray called Michael Williams, Jackson’s assistant at 12:13, who responded at 12:15, called security, and an ambulance was only called at 12:20, so that’s 24 minutes later there!
Why the hell did he want the kid to be there? To give Jackson CPR?? This is insane.
When Jackson was pronounced dead, Murray was asked to be driven back to the bedroom to get rid of 'some cream in Michael's room that he wouldn't want the world to know about’, … this, or he cleaned up the evidence.
Actually, security guard Alberto Alvarez, the guy who made the 911 call, said he was asked by Murray to remove several vials of Propofol before calling the ambulance: ‘I helped Dr. Murray put the bottles and I.V. tubing in bags because I thought we were packing up to go to the hospital. I had no reason to believe that anything else was wrong.’
There is no mystery in this story, why do we need months of this televised circus to figure it out? Jackson was addicted to this drug and was paying this doctor huge amounts of dollars to feed his habit. He was both a health nut (he had a personal chef who was cooking healthy meals) and a drug addict, as stupid as it seems. Dr. Murray is a shame to his profession, transgressing any medical law by putting someone under anesthesia every day without proper monitoring, outside a hospital, and trying to save his ass first when things turned ugly.
Both have responsibility in the outcome, but right now, it does not look good for Dr. Murray.
