Michael Jackson BioPic in the Works

So who is going to play the King of pop? According to Showblitz, Michael Jackson estate has approached Ivan Reitman and Tom Pollock’s Montecito Picture Company to produce and finance a Jackson biopic!

It is still very early in the process, but it is said that the movie would only cover certain periods of Jackson’s life…. Meaning they would not include the pedophile episodes?

I wonder how many actors they will need to play Jackson, may be Bob-Dylan-I’m-not-There style? If you look at a picture when Jackson was young, and one when he was over 40, it was certainly not the same person and if the same actor is playing him all along, he will need a lot of CGI work.

Anyway, after a little bit more than 2 years after his death, after the ‘This Is It’ documentary, the numerous posthumous releases, the Cirque du Soleil show, the estate has found another way to make money, by probably rewriting the King of pop’s life.
