Chris Isaak is a perfect person to celebrate the Sun Studios experience. That rockabilly look and twang is actually accurate to what made the Memphis Recording Service the landmark it is.
Airing on PBS June 2 is a tribute concert that was recorded in February at the Austin City Limits stage, Isaak pays homage to the rock and roll infancy. Of course, he pops in 'Wicked Game' the tune that got him on the map but he also does some work with Wanda Jackson , the queen of rockabilly.
