Epilogue – The Jet Age – Gorgeous intstrumental ham, a tuneful tasteful lick is looped (which means replayed) over and over unti it fades out. Great track – B+
I Walk The Line – Halsey – The hype surrounding this woman is just that as this hideous re-interpretations of a Johnny Cash classic proves, why bother covering the song if you have no interest in playing it? – D-
Days Of Candy – Beach House – Beautiful ambient music, puts you too sleep without having a mellow attitude, it is like a wall of pillows that refuses to suffocate you – B+
Cheers To The Fall – Audra day – She has such a great voice but it is simultaneously very annoying – C
Levitate – Atlas Genius – Sends you off with a snooze – C
Crowds (Redux) – Cold Showers – a haunting piece of disquiet, like Beach House having a not nightmare, just a disquieting dream they can’t shake – B
The Great Fires – Monk Parker – Consider them quiet even for Americana quiet and also great by any standards, this is beautiful almost hymn like in its intenseness – B+
Sympathy For The Devil – Motorhead – Great album and everybody is upset to hear that Lemmy can’t actually do it anymore, however this is one shitty cover – D
12 Midnight – Willis Earl Beal – Another haunted house track – B
A Knife In The Ocean – Foals – The other great track – B+
