RG_12b_byJanetteBeckmanI’m Dying Of Thirst – Robert Glasper – a requiem for black people  who died because of the color of their skin, named by children, behind a quiet piano, based on the Kendrick track off his debit album . Sounds OK but it doesn’t work at all, maybe you need to do a little more than that it 2015 – C

Brightside – Nate Ruess – I much prefer this guy in theory than in practise, in practise he sucks on this all to familiar somewhere between poop and Broadway track – C

Too Late – Active Child – Now when you say active… pretty but slow as molasses – B-

Heavy Fire- Adam Lambert – Dreadful funk fuser. Write better songs, Adam. You can’t be George Michael with this crap, where is your “Faith”? – C

Brand New World – Hudson Hawke – A towering pop moment, it ebbs and flows, builds and subsides, in waves of instrumentation. Gorgeous – A-

Tristessa – Heartless Bastard – Nothing like their usual American this is like deep ambience – A-

La Disco – Giorgio Moroder – Sounds a bit like Kraftwerk in the vocals and otherwise just straight 4 on the floor – B

Arms Of A Woman – Amos Lee – He is at ease in the arms of a woman – D
