Those are lyrics to Lagy Gaga’s upcoming return to the rough and tumble world of pop, the first single “Applause” from the eagerly anticipated ARTPOP album number three.
This is about as big as it gets for Stephani, if it dogs (it won’t but IF it dogs…) it will be a major disaster for Lady Gaga. She will be performing it at the VMAs on August 25th, and I will be there to report it for you and it will be very very big.
Less big will be Yeesuz himself appearing. Assume he won’t be interpreting Taylor Swift and rumor has it, my spies all over the city but mostly at Billboard, he will be performing “new Slaves”. By the way, that will make it the third time I’ll hve seen him on stage sice mid-december and I am hungry for a complete show again. Just not at barclay’s, at MSG , right?
I haven’t been to the VMA’s in decades. I used to go every year when it was at Radio City in the 1990s, but then they moved it to Lincoln Center and I lost my seat in the smaller venue. Finally they shipped it to Los Angeles nbut now it’s back where it belonds… Brooklyn.
Again, the really real interest here… gotta be Gaga
