I have started to write my next solo album and I'm wondering if anyone knows a house/villa I can rent somewhere sunny during February-March?
It would need to be somewhere where I don't disturb any neighbors with my music.

José is looking for a quiet place to compose his music? And he thinks he could disturb the neighbors? He looks like a very quiet person himself, and his music is peaceful and comforting.
So, José, my place is far from being a villa, but California is general really sunny!
The email was also posted on his facebook page and has already received close to 130 propositions from all over the world. That’s cool, but is it the new thing for musicians now? Asking on facebook for an exotic place to record their music?
Oh and I looked at all these propositions, I have absolutely no chance with my small house.
